Process flow and performance advantages of Food Grade Paper-plastic laminated bags

Food grade paper-plastic laminated bags, also known as three-in-one composite paper bags, are made of plastic and Kraft paper. Usually the plastic layer is a polypropylene (PP) rayon braid based on polypropylene (PP), and Kraft paper is made of refined composite Kraft paper. The two bags are bonded by a molten plastic thermoplastic composite film. The cowhide bath towel is made of a bag, sewn into three paper bags.

Performance requirements of food paper-plastic bags:

1. Robustness: The tensile and impact strength of the packaging can withstand the impact of gravity, stacking pressure and transportation.

2. Tightness: Due to the different packaging materials of paper-plastic composite bags, the requirements for tightness are also different. Especially for powder or toxic substances, the sealing performance of the product is very strict, and it is afraid of pollution.

3. Anti-mildew performance: Materials that are susceptible to moisture or mold have special requirements for the sealing of packaging materials.

4. Environmental requirements: packaging bags must be biodegradable and recyclable materials to reduce environmental pollution.

5. Disassembly and assembly performance: Modern large-scale industrial production inevitably requires high efficiency. Large bags are mainly raw materials or primary processed products, so paper-plastic composite bags also need to meet the requirements of easy disassembly and dumping.

The advantages of these bags are as follows:

1. High strength: the inner layer is PP or PE woven fabric, the outer layer is refined composite paper, and the middle layer is composite plastic. This product has strong puncture resistance and tear resistance.

2. Beauty: Yellow or white refined kraft paper, three-color printing, beautiful and generous.

3. Good anti-slip performance: use anti-slip paper above 25 degrees for easy stacking.
