Production Process of Single loop FIBC
● Raw materials (polypropylene, UV additives, corrosion inhibitors, etc.) that have passed quality control tests and meet production conditions are metered and mixed in a mixer container and melted and solidified at high temperature.
● PP raw material and additive materials, are extruding film and then cut into yarns.
● The yarns which passed the strength test are directly moved to the weaving lines.
● Fabric weaving in the weaving loom under the quality control system, and the lamination can be done at this stage if customer’s needed.
● The fabrics with lamination or not are cut into suitable size for sewing bags.
● After sewing, the bags will be packed on bales or pallets as per customer’s requirement.
