PRODUCTION PROCESS
● Virgin Raw materials (polypropylene, ultraviolet additives etc ) mixed in the mix-container
● The mixed materials extruded into suitable fiber silk by draw bench machine.
● The yarns, after passed strength testing, are wound on the bobbins and weaved out the fabric.
● Coating or laminating the woven fabric (BOPP / OPP or customized lamination is done at this stage.)
● Fabric cutting. The fabric will be cut into suitable size by laser cutting machine. And logo printing is proceed in this stage.
● Bags sewing according to customer’s detailed technique require.
● QA and QC inspection
● The prepared bulk bags are packaged on bales or pallets according to the demands of customers and get ready for delivery.
