Normally the FIBC (big bag) produced under the following steps:

① 100% New polypropylene material tested good for production.

② Melting the pp material and draw bench out fiber thread for weaving fabric.

③ Weaving fabric and lifting straps for big bulk bag.

④ Cutting the fabric into suitable size and shape for sewing bulk big bags.

⑤ The workers sewing the bags in clean sewing house.

⑥ All our bags should be dust-proof treatment.

⑦ QA and QC inspection.

1. What’s UV stabilized?

A feature of an big bag’s fabric that provides protection from prolonged exposure to the direct sunlight UV rays. An additive material is added to the resin before extrusion of the yarns.

4. What does 5:1 SF mean?

Standard bulk bag is rated at 5:1 Safety Ratio, which means the bag can hold 5 times of the safety working loading weight. A FIBC bulk bag at 5:1 Safety Ratio is designed for single use. For multi-use bags, the Safety Ratio should be designed at 6:1(Standard bulk bag) or 8:1 (UN bags).

5. What is a FIBC?

A FIBC is a bulk bag used for transporting and storing free bulk products. Usually made from woven polypropylene, with standard dimensions for base at 35"x35"(89x89cm) and a variable height from 30’’ (76cm) up to 96"(245cm). It stands for 1100-4400 lbs(500-2000kgs) loading weight. Bulk Bags can be packed on pallets or lifted by standard lift loops.
