Normally the FIBC (big bag) produced under the following Eight steps:

① Virgin new pp raw material good quality for use.

② Melting the mixed material and pp yarn draw bench

③ Fabric weaving and Lifting loops weaving

④ Fabric coating or lamination

⑤ QA & QC inspection for fabric and yarn

⑥ Cutting the fabric into suitable size and shape for sewing bulk big bags.

⑦ The workers sewing the bags in clean sewing house.

⑧ Packaging on pallets or bales according to customer’s requirement.

⑨ Shipping and Delivery and after sale services.
