Product feature and Application
1 ton super sacks are widely used in Chemicals, construction materials, plastic raw materials, Mineral products, Firewood, seeds, sands, wheat, cements, carbon black, vegetables, animal feeds and other types of packaging;
Production Process
● Raw materials (polypropylene, UV additives, corrosion inhibitors, etc.) that have passed quality control tests and meet production conditions are metered and mixed in a mixer container and melted and solidified at high temperature.
● Polypropylene raw material and additive materials, which are cutting into suitable dimensions on the extrusion line and made into threads.
● The yarns, which are subjected to strength and quality tests are wound on the bobbins and
directly moved to the weaving line.
● Finely woven threads in the weaving loom are woven into the fabric and control the consistency to the standards are carried out. The fabric with good quality can be laminated at this stage according to customer’s requirement.
● The fabrics, which are wrapped in rolls after lamination, are cut into suitable size to make the super sacks. The apparel manufacturing process are carried out by the qualified personnel on the sewing machines.
● The prepared bags are packaged into bales or on pallets according to the specific demand of customers and ready to delivery.
How to select the suitable type for your application?
Circular or Tubular super bulk bags
Tubular shape with seamless made from pp woven fabric on a circular loom.This eliminates the need for vertical seems. The tubular shape design is ideal option for fine and powder materials. Bottom of bag can be square or circle shape.
U-Panel Bags
U-Panel consists of a large “U” piece of fabric with 2 side panels sewing to each side to fulfill a bag shape. U-panel bulk sacks can offer high safe working loading weight and solid durability.
4 Panels
4 Panel bags use 4 separate fabric panels to construct a bag by sewing together. And another square sheet of fabric is used to make the bottom of the bag.
Baffle super sack
Baffled super sacks are typically 4-panel or U-panel or Circular bags which using internal fabric baffles to keep the bag square shape and stability. These bags are designed to maximize storage and save shipping space.
