Which types of container liners is suitable for your FIBC bags?
FIBC ( Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) is an ideal way for transporting and storing bulk quantities of products. They are commonly used in many industries, including agriculture, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, animal feed and metals, and mining. In many of these areas, the bag is not enough, it needs to be paired with polyethylene liner.
Big bags with polyethylene lining are usually used for food and very fine powders. These polyethylene liners are loosely inserted into each bag and used with the top and bottom bags. Generally, the inner liner can also be made of connecting plates, allowing the inner liner to be sewn, fastened or glued to the bag, thereby eliminating the possibility of liner leakage. The following are four common types of inner liners:
Lay Flat Liners with Flat polyethylene are the most common type of lining. They are circular or tube in shape with an open top and usually heat-sealed bottom. If the inner tank is heat sealed, it should be cut and the product emptied. Lay-Flat pads can already be included in the bag or can be purchased in rolls.
Form fit liners: The polyethylene plastic bag box is specially designed to accurately adopt the shape of the outer container bag, including filling inlet and discharge outlet. The polyethylene platform can improve bag handling and protect packaged products during processing, storage and transportation.
Form fit liners also allow filling and emptying of the product, as they have no folds, plates or other traps to slow down the flow of the product. These liners can be permanently fixed to the bag or can be easily removed after use.
Baffle liners : The form fit baffle liners design can ensure superior packaging performance, and sometimes can reduce storage and transportation costs. The sliding anchor is installed on the outer bag, and the inner wall is used to maintain the rectangular shape to prevent the product from external shock, which usually causes the bag to become round. The square shape of the polyethylene lining also helps save space on pallets and trucks. Some other features of the baffle liners are:

Aluminum Foil Liners: It is well known that formed aluminum lining and foil liners can improve bag filling, emptying, handling and external stability. The aluminum foil lining of moisture-proof, oxygen-proof and ultraviolet-proof is very good, and it is compatible with all kinds of bags.
The FIBC foil lining is made of laminated aluminum foil to protect the quality and integrity of the product packaged in the bag. Each foil can be manufactured using various aluminum compounds, depending on the specific needs of each application. Some other characteristics of the foil layer are:
Prevent product damage or contamination
Top and bottom spouts can be used for safe filling and discharging
Prevent moisture and oxygen
Can be made of different materials to suit specific applications.
