PP woven bags for bulk packaging of potatoes

Specification / Requirements
Polypropylene jumbo bags, made out of tapes/threads of virgin material of pure polypropylene, the resin of which must not contain any re-granulated materials.
Technical Requirements
No.1 Dimensions: 1.00 x 1.00 x 1.95m (outside) / 0.97 x 0.97 x 1.92m (inside)
No.2 Dimensions: 1.00 x 1.00 x 1.15m (outside) / 0.97 x 0.97 x 1.12m (inside)
Weight of fabric: 200 grams square meter – UV resistant.
Lifting loops
4 Lifting loops 20cm height, each lifting point stitched 10cm from top, so the distance between the top edge of the bag and the top end of the loop when is stretched must not exceed the 10cm.
For distinguishing the variety of potatoes different colors for the loop may asked when the order is placed.
Top part
Top cover 120 x 120cm made as follows:
The bag is to be closed on top by means of top cover size 120 x 120cm, made by PP fabric – 200gsm with ventilated stripes.
Top cover must be securely stitched on one side of the bag. On the other three sides of the bag, total six tapes x 20cm length must be stitched at least 5cm from top of the bag to secure tying with the top cover.
Top cover to be fitted with six hooks width 20mm x 5cm length.
All tying points must be securely stitched, as per attached diagram.
Discharging spout
Bottom opening for discharging 40cm diameter, 50cm long swan-neck knotted.
Ventilation system
The ventilation system to include 13 air ventilated stripes with a width 1.5cm +/-10% every 4-6cm on each side.
Safety factor: 5:1
Color of bags
The color of the bags including the top cover must be dark black to ensure that there will be no transparency, to protect the potatoes from the light and avoid greening of them.
Safety weight load: 1500kgs
Pockets
Two plastic document pockets A4 size each one stitched to opposite sides of the bag are required.
Marking
On front and rear side the markings C.P.M.B. must be printed and the height of the letters shall be 20cm, in yellow or white colour.
Packing
The jumbo bags shall be adequate packed and loaded on pallets, for easy handling & transport.
