The firewood bulk bag is a ventilated bulk bag for storing and loading firewood or logs. These kind bags are made from ventilated PP woven fabric or Mosquito fabric for easy breathable with air, which can drying the firewood easily. The firewood can be stored and transported to end user’s without changing packaging and also can be stacked for saving the space.All our firewood bulk bag is certified at 6:1 SF to loading weight for muti-use.

Feature and application

Firewood bulk bag (also known as ventilated bulk sacks) are the same function as log bags which made from ventilated fabric and Mosquito fabric to keep the loading products breathable with the Air.. These vented bags are widely used for different products which need ventilation for storage or transportation.

Production Process 

Firewood bulk bags also belongs to bulk bags and normally the similar production process as following:

● PP raw material: We use virgin new pp raw material for extruding polypropylene film.

● Draw bench silk: To draw bench out the weft and warp fiber thread.

● Fabric and lifting loops weaving: Fabric weigh 60 - 250gsm and Straps weight 35 - 100g.

● Fabric cutting and Printing: To cut the fabric in suitable size

● Sewing:Standard plain sewing, Chain stitch and Close-up lock stitch available.

● Dust-proof and Metal Detector treatment to keep the bags clean

● QA & QC: We have totally 10 people team for quality inspection.

● Packaging: Normally packed on bales and Pallet or according to client’s require.

3. How do you empty a firewood bulk bag?

Firewood bags are usually with flat bottom but without discharge spout, which empty the bags from the bag’s top. So at the bottom of the bulk bag, there always sewed 2 lifting loops for bottom-up lifting.

4. What is a perimeter band?

A perimeter band is a band sewn around the outside perimeter of the top of a bag, which is designed to give extra strength to loops when lifting.

5. What is a diaper bottom?

A diaper bottom bulk bag is a bag with fully open bottom which has a flap that covers the bottom. The bulk bag can be discharged quickly once flap untied.

6. What is a stevedore strap?

A stevedore strap is a connecting strap which one side is sewn to the one corner loop and the other side extending to the neighbor corner loop.
