What are PP woven Bags?

PP woven bags also named pp bags, small bags, are made of Polypropylene woven fabric with lamination or not, used for loading bulk products in 25kgs - 100kgs. It's easy for carrying and transportation.

These bags are suitable for the transportation of the following:

Manufacturer Process

● Raw materials which passed quality control tests and meet production conditions are mixed in a mixer container and melted at high temperature.

● The melting polypropylene films are cutted into suitable dimensions on the extrusion line and made into pp yarns.

● The yarns, which with strong strength and good quality, are directly sent to the weaving line. .

● Weaving the fabric by using the weaving loom machine.

● The fabric can be laminated at this stage as per requested.

● Then the laminated fabric are cut into suitable size for sewing

● QA & QC inspection for quality testing and inspection.

● Packaging and Delivery: On bales or pallets and get ready for delivery
