What is the difference between woven bag printing and paper printing?

The details determine success or failure, and the printing of a woven bag is also  quite complicated.

Take a look at the following items to give you a clear understanding of its printing process, which is much more complicated than printing on paper.

1. The printing method is different. For woven bag printing, if the quantity is small,  it is generally used flat screen printing. On one hand, the plate making is convenient and flexible, and it can be printed by machine or by hand. But on the other hand, the service life of the silk-screen version is short, usually 10,000 to 20,000 times there will be a missing version, and the version needs to be repaired or replaced. If the quantity is large, you can use roller metal screen printing or roller offset printing, which are all large-scale machines with fast printing speed and long service life of the plate, but the printing process is relatively complicated. About one plate can be printed more than 100,000 times. Flat screen and metal screen cylinder printing is not suitable for color printing, and generally only do single-color or two-color printing, otherwise the process of printing is complicated and the efficiency is low. Offset printing can do color printing.

2. The printing ink is different. The woven bag printing uses special plastic ink, which has strong adhesion on the woven bag and is not easy to fall off. The printing ink of ordinary paper will fall off when printed on the woven bag. The printing ink on the paper penetrates into the paper, does not fall off easily, and dries quickly.

3. For woven bag printing, due to the ink, the finished product needs to be dried or dried after printing, otherwise the printed product is easy to stick. Paper printing technology has been developing very fast, and high-speed printing and color printing have reached a very high level.
