Standard use method of flexible container bag

In recent years, various flexible container bags produced by FIBC manufacturers have been widely used, especially in the construction industry, mainly for the transportation of cement, sands and other materials. However, the operator must strictly follow the specifications when using the FIBC, so as to ensure the safety of transportation. The following will give you some ideas on the standard use of flexible FIBCs.

1. Nobody allowed to stand under the container bag, and do not use the diagonal

hanging method.

2. Please hang the hook on the central part of the sling or rope.  

3. Do not rub against other objects during operation.

4. Do not pull the sling backwards to the outside. Please do not let the fork touch

  the bag body.

5. When the container bag is operated by a forklift. Prevent puncturing the

container bag but instead of use pallets.

6. In the process of transportation, we must take care to prevent the container

bag from being swayed while carrying it. Keep the container upright when unloading and stacking.

7. When loading. The staff must wear our work clothes to load the goods.

8. Do not stand the container bag upright.

9. Don't drag the container bag on the ground or concrete. FIBCs should be

placed on the shelf so that we can easily operate them.

10. When it is necessary to store the bags outdoors. Please be sure to cover the  container bag tightly with opaque shed cloth. Cover the container bag with paper or opaque shed cloth.
