Production Process for pp super sacks

PP raw material - Draw bench fiber - Weaving fabric - Cutting fabric - Sewing super sacks - QA & QC inspection - Dust-proof treatment - Packaging and shipment

Normally the FIBC super sacks produced under the following steps:

Super sacks handling guidelines:

● When lifting with the forklift, the lifting tines should be spaced correctly.

● All lifting loops or sleeves should be vertical to the ground level.

● Make sure all lifting straps are not twisted before lifting up.

● Keep the body of bag away from lifting tines sharp edges.

● The super sacks should be lifted regularly without shaking.

● The bag’s loading weight must not exceed the capacity of the forklift truck.

● During transportation, make sure that the forklift wheels do not damage the big bag.

● Avoid the bags from direct sunlight for a long time.
