Product feature and Application

The application scope of FIBC (super sack) is widely extensive, especially for the following fields of packaging:

Production Process 

1. PP raw material: We use new virgin polypropylene material for drawing and extruding pp fiber.

2. Draw bench silk: To Draw and extrude the weft and warp fiber for weaving the fabric.

3. Fabric weaving weigh from 60gsm to 250gsm and Straps weight from 35g to 100g.

4. Fabric coating or lamination in this stage according to bags specification requirement.

5. QC and QA inspection for pp woven fabric and PP fiber silk to ensure the strength for bags.

6. Big bag sewing: Standard sewing, Chain stitch and lock stitches are all available.

7. Clean room inspection: To ensure the bag suitable for food grade bags..

8. Packaging: Normally the bags packed on bales and Pallet or according to client’s require.

9. Delivery by container: 1x20’fcl will load 20pallets and 1x40’fcl or 40’HC will load 44 pallets

Delivery, Shipping and serving

1. Delivery by Air: We cooperated with DHL, UPS, SF express and also our agency by Air for efficiency delivery of sample orders or time limited orders. It normally packed into a carton box or packed on bales.

2. Delivery by Sea: For LCL or FCL shipment can be delivered by Sea. And for LCL shipment, the bags normally packed on pallets for easy loading and unloading. For FCL shipment, it’s loaded in full full container and bags can be packed on bales and pallets.

3. Delivery by Land:For some landlocked countries, FIBC bags normally delivery by train and truck or Joint Sea and land transportation.

MOQ of our regular style depends on your require even if only 100pcs or 200pcs.

MOQ of customized bags is 1000 pieces. MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity.

Price is quoted on basis of bag’s size, color, quantity, material and finishing. Please firstly let us know above factors before we calculating you an exact price.
