● Virgin new raw materials (polypropylene, ultraviolet additives etc.)

● PP yarns extruded from draw bench machine.

● PP woven fabric weaving: The yarns, which fulfill the quality and strength testing, are sent to directly     to the weaving machine for weaving fabric

● Lamination and printing: The fabrics with good quality are treated lamination and printing.

● Fabric cutting: After lamination, the fabrics are cut into suitable sizes and dimensions according to 

   the specification sheet. And printing will be done at this stage.

● Bags sewing according to confirmed sample.

● QA and QC inspection and testing the SWL (safety working loading) weight at suitable safety factor. 

   (SF 3:1, 5:1 or 6:1)
