   Our bag's fabric is made from 100% new pp material and by using the close-up lock sewing stitches  

   which durable to hold the working loading weight.

Production Process

● Polypropylene new raw materials with UV additional

● Yarn draw bench :Our factory owns 3 sets of draw bench machine, which can produce 15 tons of PP yarns per day.

● Fabric and lifting straps weaving: The weight range of fabric from 60gsm to 240gsm.

Lifting straps weight range from 20g/m to 80g/m. We can supplied both stiff lifting belts and soft lifting belts.

● Cutting fabric: After lamination, the fabric will be cut into suitable size for sewing bags.

● Bag sewing: The bag is strictly sewing according to specifications.

● QA & QC: The bags should be inspected piece by piece and then dust-proof treatment to ensure the bags are clean enough.

● Packaging and Delivery: Normally the bags are packaged on bales or pallets according to the request. And 1x20’fcl will load 20 pallets and 1x40’fcl will load 44 pallets.

2. What's the MOQ for big bag? And How about the production time？

We can provide you MOQ at only 200pcs.

The Production time for 1x20’fcl will be 15-20 days;

The Production time for 1x40’fcl will be 20-25 days.

3. Can we get a sample for testing by free of charge?

Yes, we can provide you sample by free of charge and the freight for sending sample should be collect.

The freight will be feedback to you after the first purchase order.

4. How many colors can you provide for printing on bags?

We can provide maximum 4-color, 4-side printing for standard printing.

And we can also provided 7-color BOPP printing on FIBC bags or PP woven bags.

5. How to check the quality of the bags before delivery from your factory.

Firstly, Welcome you to visit our factory and check the quality before delivery.
