As the word meaning of FIBC big bag; Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container, are made of stabilized UV-resistant polypropylene woven fabric. The weight of each bulk bag is between 500kg and 2000kg, and the safety is 5: 1 or 6: 1 (5: 1 for single use, 6: 1 for multiple uses or for UN bags), specifically Depends on the design and size of the bag. Optional LDPE lining can be included to provide additional moisture protection.

● 4 Panel FIBC bulk Bags

4 Panel bulk bag use 4 separate fabric panels to construct a bag by sewing together. And another square sheet of fabric is used to make the bottom of the bag.

● U-Panel FIBC bulk Bags

U-Panel bulk bags consists of a large “U” piece of fabric with 2 side panels sewing to each side to fulfill a bag shape. U-panel bulk bags can offer high safe working loading weight and solid durability.

● Circular or Tubular FIBC bulk bags

Tubular shape Bulk big bag with seamless made from pp woven fabric on a circular loom.This eliminates the need for vertical seems. The tubular shape design is ideal option for fine and powder materials. Bottom of bag can be square or circle shape.

● Baffled FIBC bulk Bags

Baffled bulk bags are typically 4-panel or U-panel or Circular bags which using internal fabric baffles to keep the bag square shape and stability. These bags are designed to maximize storage and save shipping space.

FIBC bulk bag / Big bag / Jumbo bag / Ton bag safe handling guidelines:

● When lifting FIBC bulk bags with the forklift, the lifting tines should be spaced correctly.

● All lifting loops or sleeves should be vertical to the ground level.

● Make sure all lifting straps are not twisted before lifting up.

● Keep the body of big bag away from lifting tines sharp edges.

● The FIBC bulk bags should be lifted regularly without shaking.

● The FIBC bag loading weight must not exceed the capacity of the forklift truck.

● During transportation, make sure that the forklift wheels do not damage the big bag.

● Avoid the big bags from direct sunlight for a long time.
