What are inner liners?

At Guansong Packaging we can offer various solutions to your needing of inner liners for big bag. We provide liners with different structures and materials such as LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVOH, Aluminium, PA, Conductive and Anti-static etc.

Liner Types are:

1. Gusseted and flat liner: These are standard circular shape liners manufactured with no filling or discharge spout, open at top, either closed or open at bottom.

2. Bottle type liner: This type liners produced with top and bottom spouts suitable size for the outer FIBC bag. With bottom type liner, it’s easy to form fit and fix to the outer bag, also help to protect against external factors.

3. Baffle liner: These liners can prevent bulging and keep upside standing and there for save the space when storage and transportation. Similar to baffle FIBC bag but instead of using baffle liners. And it especially satisfy the requires gas barrier or protection against humidity.

How to select the suitable big bag type for your application?

● Circular or Tubular bag

Tubular shape bag with seamless made from pp woven fabric on a circular loom.This eliminates the need for vertical seems. The tubular shape design is ideal option for fine and powder materials. Bottom of bag can be square or circle shape.

● U-Panel bag

U-Panel big bag consists of a large “U” piece of fabric with 2 side panels sewing to each side to fulfill a bag shape. U-panel type bag can offer high safe working loading weight and solid durability.

● 4 Panel bag

This type use 4 separate fabric panels to construct a bag by sewing together. And another square sheet of fabric is used to make the bottom of the bag.

● Baffled bags

These are typically 4-panel or U-panel or Circular bags which using internal fabric baffles to keep the bag square shape and stability. These bags are designed to maximize storage and save shipping space.
