U-panel big bag is divided from the construction shape of a Big bag. It has one U-shape panel and the other 2-side panel fabrics. This type help to form a square shape and save loading space when filled the bag. Normally it has 4 side seam lifting loops for safety working loading weight carrying and transportation.

Standard bulk bag is rated at 5:1 Safety Ratio, which means the bag can hold 5 times of the safety working loading weight. A FIBC bulk bag at 5:1 Safety Ratio is designed for single use. For multi-use bags, the Safety Ratio should be designed at 6:1 (Standard bulk bag) or 8:1 (UN bags).

3. What is a big bag?

A big bag is a bulk bag used for transporting and storing free bulk products. Usually made from woven polypropylene, with standard dimensions for base at 35"x35"(89x89cm) and a variable height from 30’’ (76cm) up to 96"(245cm). Bulk Bag dimensions can vary widely according to user’s need and usability. Bulk Bags typically stands for 1100-4400 lbs(500-2000kgs) loading weight. Bulk Bags can be packed on pallets or lifted by standard lift loops.
