The Q-big bags (Baffle big bags) stability is created by the particular inner baffle construction that form a rectangular shape after filling. It can saves up to 25% on logistics by using baffle big bag. Owning to the in-built baffles placed inside Q-bags, the big bags are prevented from bulging after filled with the product and ensured the up-stand condition. Requested panel type (standard baffle, net baffle) can be applied to the Q-bags which ensures maximization the filling capacity and saves the storage space.

● Keep the body of big bag away from lifting tines sharp edges.

● The FIBC bulk bags should be lifted regularly without shaking.

● The FIBC bag loading weight must not exceed the capacity of the forklift truck.

● During transportation, make sure that the forklift wheels do not damage the big bag.

● Avoid the big bags from direct sunlight for a long time.

Yes, We are a package solution supplier and will help to solve all packaging matters.

2. What color fabric can I choose from?

Our standard fabric color is white, beige and black. However, we can make specific colored fabric which considered a special order and has minimum requirements.

3. What’s the MOQ for big bags? And how long time for delivery?

We can provide MOQ at 500pcs and it will take within 14 days for delivery.

And normally our production time: 10-15 days for 1x20’fcl and 15-20 days for 1x40’fcl or 1X40’HC.
