The fabric of bag which is coated or laminated with polypropylene (PP) to prevent moisture intrusion or sifting-proof of the contents. This bag also called non-breathable or coated big bags and can be produced with inner and outer lamination.

Normally the FIBC (big bag) produced under the following Eight steps:

① 100% New polypropylene material tested good for production.

② Melting the pp material and draw bench out fiber thread for weaving fabric.

③ Weaving fabric and lifting straps for big bulk bag.

④ Cutting the fabric into suitable size and shape for sewing bulk big bags.

⑤ The workers sewing the FIBC big bags in clean sewing house.

⑥ The jumbo bags / big bags should be dust-proof treatment.

⑦ QA and QC inspection for Jumbo bags / Big bags.

⑧ Packaging the big bags on pallets or bales according to customer’s requirement.
