The application scope of Super sacks (FIBC bag) is widely extensive, especially for the following fields of packaging:

Production Process for FIBC bags

● PP (Polypropylene) raw materials with UV additional, new virgin material suitable for fiber draw bench.

● Our factory owns 3 sets of draw bench yarn, which can produce 15 tons of PP yarns per day.

● The fabric and lifting straps weaved on according to bags specification. The fabric can weaved from 60gsm to 240gsm with or without lamination. Both standard lamination and BOPP lamination are available. And Lifting straps for FIBC bag weighed from 20g/m to 80g/m. We can supplied both stiff lifting belts and soft lifting belts.

● Fabric cutting for Jumbo bag or Big bag: After bulk bag lamination, the fabric will be cut into suitable size for sewing bags.

● The fabric transferred to the sewing department for sewing bags. The jumbo bag sewing strictly according to custom’s requirements. We can provide Food grade bag and UN bags.

● Inspection of big bag: The big bags should be quality inspected on each bag and then having Dust-proof treatment to ensure the bags are clean with good quality.

● Normally the big bags / jumbo bags are packaged on bales or pallets according to the demands of customers. 1x20’fcl will load 20 pallets and 1x40’fcl will load 44 pallets.

1. What’s your MOQ?

MOQ of our regular style depends on your require even if only 100pcs or 200pcs.

MOQ of customized bags is 1000 pieces. MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity.

2. What is the unit price?

Price is quoted on basis of bag’s size, color, quantity, material and finishing. Please firstly let us know above factors before we calculating you an exact price.

3. What color fabric can I choose from?

Our standard fabric color is white, beige and black. However, we can make specific colored fabric which considered a special order and has minimum requirements.

4. What’s your lead time for MOQ?

Normally our lead time for MOQ is 10-15 days for 1x20’fcl and 15-20 days for 1x40’fcl or 1X40’HC.

5. Are the FIBC (big bags) recyclable?

Yes, our new bulk bags are recyclable as all made from 100% virgin polypropylene.

6. What are baffles mean for baffle FIBC?

Baffles are pieces of fabric that are sewn to the inside corners of a bag to maintain its cube shape after filling. The baffles have holes that allow the product to flow freely to bag corners. The baffles also prevent the bag from bulging, which makes the bag stand up straight and in turn allows the bags to be more efficient in their use of space.
