What is FIBC?
Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers, are made of Polypropylene woven fabric with lifting loops that allow the bulk container to be filled from top and discharged from the bottom.

The FIBC bags are easy for loading and unloading, and widely used in transportation and storage for bulk products. It will be quite convenient and also save costs for end users.

Manufacturer Process
● Polypropylene Raw materials and ultraviolet additive are put in the mixer for melting.
● Draw bench PP fiber silk for weaving fabric.
● Fabric weaving. Lamination or coating is done during this process.
● After lamination, the fabrics are cut into desired sizes and dimensions before sewing process. Then printing will be done and ready for sewing. (Lifting straps and other additions will be prepared ready in this stage)
● Bags sewing according to customer’s detailed technique require.
● QA and QC inspection ( safety work loading testing and safety factor testing)
● The qualified FIBC bags are packaged on bales or pallets according to specific requirement and get ready for delivery.

FIBC DIFFERENT OPTIONS
● UN Certified FIBC
UN Certified FIBC are specifically designed to store and transport hazardous materials.When hazardous goods are packed, the UN mark for the product should be printed on the body of bag.
● Food Grade FIBC
FIBC that are made for food contact and food related products. It should be manufactured in BRC and AIB certified facilities. These bags are made from virgin polypropylene resin meeting with FDA food grade standard. Our food grade bags can also provided with LDPE or LLDPE inner liners approved by pharmaceutical and food usage.
● Electrostatic Properties.
1. Type A: With no special electrostatic safety features.
2. Type B: Type B bags are not able to generate brush discharges.The wall of big bag can provide a breakdown voltage of 6 kilo-volts or even less.
3. Type C: Conductive FIBC. Constructed from electrically conductive fabric to prevent electrostatic charges on grounding. A standard fabric weaved within conductive threads or tapes.
4. Type D: Anti-static FIBCS, normally regarding to those bags which have anti-static properties without grounding requirements.

Bulk density refers to the property of the product that you are filling into the bag. It is the mass of the product divided by the volume it occupies. The volume includes the space between particles as well as the space inside the pores of individual particles.
4. What is a duffle top?
A duffle top refers to a skirt shape sewn to the top of bag circle around. The duffle usually comes with a tie allowing the user to tie the top after filled with products.
5. Does the bag use for flood barrier?
Yes, FIBCs are often used in flood prevention as well. The bags filled with sands to build a barrier.
