Production Process for Jumbo bags / big bags

● Polypropylene raw materials, we use 100% virgin material which mostly imported from South Korea, Russia, or Middle East.

● Melted the mixed raw materials and UV additional and draw bench out PP yarn for fabric weaving.

● After weaved out the fabric, it will do the lamination depends on client’s require.And printing will do after cutting the fabric into suitable sizes.

● Sewing the bags on basis of specification sheet.

● Inspection: Quality is the life of our factory. We promise every bag is good quality before shipping out from our factory. After sewing, the FIBC big bags will be inspected piece by piece to make sure each bag with good quality.

● Packaging: And the package details are completely under the customer’s specific requirements.

● Shipping and delivery: The packed bags will be delivered in LCL or FCL shipment by container. It should be check the container inside and confirm it’s clean enough. After loaded in the container, the bags should be fixed steady and safely.
