Laminated big bag means the Big bag or FIBC bag with lamination. The fabric or bag which is coated or laminated with polypropylene (PP) to prevent moisture intrusion or sifting-proof of the contents. These bags also called non-breathable or laminated jumbo bags and can be produced both inner and outer lamination. Sometimes 2 layers of fabric laminated together for special requirements.

Product feature and Application

Laminated big bags with the feature of lamination or coated to prevent of water or moisture. These bags are normally used for loading powder material such as Flour, Starch, Fertilizer, or Chemical materials. The big bags with lamination can also make the bag stand still for easy lifting. After weaved out the fabric, lamination will be done for next step.

Lifting Options: Four Side seam lifting loops, Cross corner, Fully bottom, Stevedore loops etc.

Filling Options: Filling spout  or skirt duffle or fully open

Discharge Options: Discharge spout or Flat bottom or Fully discharge 

Construction Type: U Panel, Tubular shape, Four panel shape.

Sewing Options (Sift Resistance Construction):

Standard Over-lock Stitch with Safety Stitches.

Flat sewing stitches with sift-proof;

Laminated or coated big bag (also named FIBC bulk bag) are widely used in Chemicals, construction materials, plastic raw materials, Mineral, Metals, sands, Animal feed,and other types of powder, granules, block goods packaging;

Production Process

● Virgin new Raw materials (polypropylene, ultraviolet additives etc.), which have been passed quality control tests and suitable for production, are put into the mixer.

● Polypropylene and additive materials, which are mixed and extruded into suitable fiber thread by draw bench machine.

● The yarns, which fulfill the quality and strength testing, are wound on the bobbins and directly to the weaving machine for weaving fabric

● The fabrics, which are in qualified with the standards are placed on the lamination machine depending on client’s requirement. (BOPP / OPP or customized lamination is done at this stage.)

● After lamination, the fabrics are cut into desired sizes and dimensions before sewing process. Then printing will be done and ready for sewing. (Lifting straps and other additionals will be prepared ready in this stage)

● Bags sewing according to customer’s detailed technique require.

● QA and QC inspection and testing the SWL (safety working loading) weight at suitable safety factor.  (SF 3:1, 5:1 or 6:1)

● The prepared bulk big bags are packaged according to the demands of customers and get ready for delivery.

2. Which terms of delivery can you provide?

We accept FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DAF etc terms of delivery.

3. How long time for sample provide? Should sample be free?

Normally it only need 1-2 days for sample making;

Sample provided by free of charge and freight should be collect.

4. What's your Monthly production capacity？

We can produce 200,000 pieces of PP bulk bag and 5 million pieces of pp woven bag and Kraft Paper bags.

5. Can you provide fabric and lifting straps only.

Yes, some of our client only need fabric and lifting straps importing, and they will sewing bags by themselves. We will provide one stop service for packaging solutions. You should only let us know your require and we will not let you disappointed. Thanks.

6. What's the MOQ of your bags?

For FIBC bulk bags: Normally 1000pcs as a MOQ quantity, but for some standard bags, we can give you a MOQ of 200pcs.

For PP woven bags: Normally 20000pcs as a MOQ;
