PP bulk super sacks which are made from pp woven fabric with lifting Straps, used for loading bulk materials with easy loading and unloading. All our bags are manufactured from Virgin material to support the load capacity with good quality. Production Process

1. PP raw material: We use new virgin polypropylene material for drawing and extruding pp fiber.

2. Draw bench silk: To Draw and extrude the weft and warp fiber for weaving the fabric.

3. Fabric weaving weigh from 60gsm to 250gsm and Straps weight from 35g to 100g.

4. Fabric coating or lamination in this stage according to bags specification requirement.

5. QC and QA inspection for pp woven fabric and PP fiber silk to ensure the strength for bags.

6. Sewing: Standard sewing, Chain stitch and lock stitches are all available.

7. Bag in clean room inspection:To ensure the bag’s clean more than enough.

8. Packaging: Normally the bags packed on bales and Pallet or according to client’s require.

9. Delivery by container:1x20' fcl will load 20pallets and 1x40' fcl or 40' HC will load 44 pallets.

PP super sacks handling guidelines:

● The truck must be stopped before lifted or lowered the bag.

● The hooks, spreader bars should use protective covers when lifting the sacks.

● During transport, the safety hook must be used to prevent accidents occur if the hooks slip.

● Hooks must have the appropriate radius for the lifting loops.

● Lifted bags must be vertical to the floor without bending.

● The lifting strap must be wrapped around all lifting loops before lifting the bulk bags.

● Avoid of personal standing under the lifted bags.

● Experienced staff available in the discharge process after bags are emptied totally.

● Under no circumstances should anyone stand under the super sacks.

● A bottom discharge spout should be opened only when safety measures are taken.

● Keep the bags are stacked in a stable and secure way.

● The stack must be formed against at least 2 retaining walls to ensure the safety.

● The higher the stacking, the higher the retaining wall needed.

● If free stacking should be performed, stacking must be formed on pyramid method.

● Stacking should be carried out as carefully as possible, bags must not be damaged by being pushed or left from high.

Delivery, Shipping and serving

1. Delivery by Air: We cooperated with DHL, UPS, SF express and also our agency by Air for efficiency delivery of sample orders or time limited orders. It normally packed into a carton box or packed on bales.

2. Delivery by Sea: For LCL or FCL shipment can be delivered by Sea. And for LCL shipment, the bags normally packed on pallets for easy loading and unloading. For FCL shipment, it’s loaded in full full container and bags can be packed on bales and pallets.

3. Delivery by Land: For some landlocked countries, bags normally delivery by train and truck or Joint Sea and land transportation.

24 hours per day and 7 days per week for serving you. Your mail will be feedback within 12 hours.

1. Can you help to design a super sack bag?

Yes, We are a package solution supplier and will help to solve all packaging matters.

2. What color fabric can I choose from?

Our standard fabric color is white, beige and black. However, we can make specific colored fabric which considered a special order and has minimum requirements.

3. What's the MOQ for super sacks? And how long time for delivery?

We can provide MOQ at 500pcs and it will take within 14 days for delivery.

And normally our production time: 10-15 days for 1x20’fcl and 15-20 days for 1x40’fcl or 1X40’HC.

4. Can you make printing on a bulk sack bag?

Yes, bulk bags can be printed. Usually with one or two color and 1 or 2 side printing. And We can provide 4-side, 4-color logo printing and Max 7-color printing for BOPP printing.

5. Can you provide bags with liners?

Yes, liners can be inserted loosely or attached to the bag smoothly.

We can provide different types of liners for different applications, but the main two are tube liners and form fit liners.

6. Are there any types of specialized liners available?

Yes, we can provide you with several types of liners: Form fit liners, liners with wings, Oxygen and Moisture barrier liners, liquid liners and foil liners etc.

7. Can you provide packaging or warehouse settlement?

Yes, we can help to packaging solutions design and warehouse settlement which can help you to save space and make things in order.

8. Is sample order available?
