Container bulk bag also know as bulk container, with the loading capacity 500kgs to 3000kgs, widely used in many kinds of industry fields for carrying and transporting goods. Before using a bag, normally you should be considered the following features firstly:

Bulk Container bag Production Process

● Pure Raw materials (polypropylene, ultraviolet additives) for mixed together.

● Extrude out the PP fibers from draw bench machine.

● The yarns, which fulfill the quality and strength testing,transferred to fabric weaving machine.

● Fabric lamination or coating according to technique sheet require.

● After lamination, the fabrics are cut into desired sizes and dimensions before sewing process. Then printing will be done and ready for sewing. (Lifting straps and other additions will be prepared ready in this stage)

● Bags sewing according to customer’s detailed technique require.

● QA and QC inspection

● Packaging on pallets and delivery by container

Delivery, Shipping and serving

1. Delivery by Air: We cooperated with DHL, UPS, SF express and also our agency by Air for

efficiency delivery of sample orders or time limited orders. It normally packed into a carton box or

packed on bales.

2. Delivery by Sea: For LCL or FCL shipment can be delivered by Sea. And for LCL shipment, the

bags normally packed on pallets for easy loading and unloading. For FCL shipment, it’s loaded in full

full container and bags can be packed on bales and pallets.

3. Delivery by Land:For some landlocked countries, FIBC bags normally delivery by train and truck or

Joint Sea and land transportation.

FAQ:

1. What different fabric weights are there?

Fabric weights are designed according to the bulk bag safety loading weight. There are 4 standard fabric weights used for bulk bag’s construction. 3 oz., 5 oz., 6.5 oz.and 8 oz. Fabric weights can be customized to a specific weight, i.e. 7 oz. Normally the SWL of the bag will determine what fabric weight to use for making a bulk bag.

2. Which size bulk container do I need for my product?

In order to accurately determine the suitable size, you will need to consider the following items: bulk density of product, filling and discharging special requirements, shipping and storage requirements.

3. How do you pick up a bulk container bag?

Bulk bags are lifted by different types of lifting application. Some are standard 10" lift loops, lifting sleeves, single point crane lift, and stevedore straps. Lifting options can be variable according to user’s specific require. i.e. 15" lift loops etc.

4. How can you ensure the quality of your bags?

Firstly, our factory will test all steps during whole production process. Fiber strength test, Fabric strength test, big bag safety loading weight test.

Also,Our inspection department will inspect the bags piece by piece before packing on bales or pallets. We promise all bags are qualified before delivery from our factory.

5. What does SWL mean?

SWL stands for Safety Working Load. A bulk bag's safety working loading weight is the amount of weight that the bag is rated and tested to stand safely.

6. Can I use a crane to lift a container bag?

Yes, And you must use the correct type of lifting straps designed specifically for a crane lift. You must follow the correct using instructions when lifting a container bag.
