PRODUCTION PROCESS

● Raw materials (polypropylene, UV additives, corrosion inhibitors, etc.) that with good quality and qualified conditions are metered and mixed in a mixer container and melted at high temperature.

● Polypropylene raw material and additive materials are extrude pp film and cut into threads in necessary width.

● The yarns, which are subjected to strength and quality tests are wound on the bobbins and directly moved to the weaving line.

● The fabrics in rolls after lamination, are cut into specific size according to bag size.

● After cutting the fabric, the printing will be made if needed.

● Sewing bags: All the bags are sewn according to the detailed specification sheet.

● The bags packed on bales or pallets or according to the specific demand of customers and ready for delivery.

● Shipping and Delivery: Ship by Air, Vessel or Land transportation all available.

Yes, we can provide sample by free of charge and you should only afford the freight for sending sample.

2. How to check the quality of FIBC bags before delivery from your factory.

Firstly, Welcome you to visit our factory and check the quality before delivery.

Also, you can arrange the third party helping you to check the quality if you are not convenient come by yourself.

3. Can the bag be inserted with an inner liner?

Yes, the inner bag can be inserted to an outer bag for specific require.

4. How can you keep a liner from sliding down into the spout when discharging product?

The best way to solve this issue is to attach the liner in some way to the outer bag. There are two ways to achieve this: Firstly, is to insert a tabbed liner into the bulk bag. The tabs are glued to the liner and then the tabs are sewn to the body of the bag. A second effective method is to sew a form fitted liner directly to the bag walls.

5. Is the polypropylene woven fabric breathable?

Woven polypropylene is breathable. Air and water will flow through an uncoated fabric. For applications that require a great deal of breathability, it’s better to use a ventilate fabric or mosquito fabric.

6. Which kind of inner liner are suitable for pp woven bulk bags?

Please kindly note that it refers to the loading materials and client's require. 

• For standard bulk goods, Tubular liner is enough; 

• To keep the same shape as the our bulk bag, it is suggested to use the bottle form fit liner.

• To protect from the sunlight, the Aluminum foil liner is a better choice.

• There are still other different requirements such as High tempreture resistant liner and Metallocene liner to increase the toughness and tension of the inner liner.
