Production Process

● PP (Polypropylene) raw materials with UV additional, new virgin material suitable for fiber draw bench.

● Our factory owns 3 sets of draw bench yarn, which can produce 15 tons of PP yarns per day.

● The fabric and lifting straps weaved on according to bags specification. The fabric can weaved from 60gsm to 240gsm with or without lamination. Both standard lamination and BOPP lamination are available. And Lifting straps weighed from 20g/m to 80g/m. We can supplied both stiff lifting belts and soft lifting belts.

● Fabric cutting: after bulk bag lamination, the fabric will be cut into suitable size for sewing bags.

● The fabric transferred to the sewing department for sewing bags. The bag’s sewing strictly according to custom’s requirements. We can also provide Food grade bag and UN bags.

● QA and QC Inspection: The bags should be quality inspected on each bag and then having Dust-proof treatment to ensure the bags are clean with good quality.

● Packaging: Normally the big bags / jumbo bags are packaged on bales or pallets according to the

demands of customers. 1x20’fcl will load 20 pallets and 1x40’fcl or 40’HCwill load 44 pallets.

Our bag’s facility Capacity:

● 8,000 FIBC bulk bags and 50,000 Woven Bags per Day.

● 100,000 meters of woven fabric per Day.

● 25,000 meters of PE liners per Day.

● 40,000 meters of Lamination per Day.

● 120,000 meters of Webbing or straps per Day.

FIBC bulk bag safe handling guidelines:

● When lifting with the forklift, the lifting tines should be spaced correctly.

● All lifting loops or sleeves should be vertical to the ground level.

● Make sure all lifting straps are not twisted before lifting up.

● Keep the bag body away from lifting tines sharp edges.

● The bags should be lifted regularly without shaking.

● The loading weight must not exceed the capacity of the forklift truck.

● During transportation, make sure that the forklift wheels do not damage the bag.

● Avoid from direct sunlight for a long time.

3. What is your term of delivery.
