FIBC Jumbo Bag 6:1 Safety Factor Of 750kgs Loading Capacity
When using flexible jumbo bags, it is important to follow the guidelines provided by your FIBC suppliers and manufacturers. At the mean time, the weight of the filled container bag cannot exceed the safe working loading capacity of the containers, and the bag designed for single use should not be used again. Most of the bulk bags are for single use, and some are specially designed for multiple use. Today, Our technology Manager Mr. Shao of the FIBC Division of Shansong Guansong Industry will share with you what is a 6:1 safety factor flexible FIBC.

Some flexible bulk containers are produced according to the multiple-use standard. The safety factor (SF) of these multiple-use flexible bulk bags is 6:1, which means that they can withstand a weight that exceeds the safety load (SWL) 6 times. Similar to the 5:1 safety factor flexible bag, we do not recommend that you fill the 6:1 safety factor container bag to exceed its safe load-bearing capacity. It is not safe to do so.
A container bag that can be used multiple times does not mean that it can be used again unconditionally. Re-use the container bag must follow certain safety guidelines, and it needs to be cleaned and disposed of after each use. In order to re-use FIBCs safely, the International Flexible FIBC Association has given the following guidelines for use:
1. Cleaning: clean up the debris and dust in the container bag, replace the inner bag, etc.
2. Reprocessing: Replace the feeder rope, label and lock, etc.
3. Select unusable bags: bags with damaged straps, contaminated bags, damp and moldy, stained and faded bags are not usable.
4. Tracking: The re-used bag should keep records of the manufacturer, place of origin and the number
of times it has been used.
5. Experiment: Re-used bags need to be sampled for related experiments.
