Bag's feature and application:

All of our woven bags are produced by using virgin new polypropylene material, which completely suitable for recycling and friendly to environment. 2 ton jumbo bags with the fully bottom lifting loops construction can stand totally 8000-10000kgs strength. And the lifting loops can be made of stiff straps or soft straps according to client’s specific requirement. These type bags are widely used in kinds of industry beyond the following:

● Plastic materials: Polypropylene, PS, PVC, Polyester etc

● Construction material: Sand, cement, gravels or small rocks etc.

● Chemicals: Fertilizers, Sodium Sulfate, Alumina, Zeolite etc.

Production Process 

● Raw materials (polypropylene, UV additives, corrosion inhibitors, etc.) mixed in a container and melted to film condition.

● Polypropylene film is cutting into suitable dimensions and draw bench into yarns threads.

● The yarns, which are with strong strength and good quality are directly moved to the weaving line.

● Finely woven threads are woven into the fabric and ready to lamination if needed.

● The fabrics, which are wrapped in rolls after lamination, are cut into suitable size to make the bags.

● Sewing bags: All fabrics and addition parts are delivery to sewing are for sewing.

● Inspection and Packaging: We should inspect each bag after sewing and then packed the bags with good quality on bales or pallets as per request.

● Delivery and After-sale services: We arrange delivery according to customer’s require and will keep in touch with customer for after-sale services.
