How is the flexitank (IBC tanks) shaped

Flexitank, as a new storage and flexible container which can only transport non-hazardous liquids or chemical reagents. The capacity is about 20 cubic meters, which is equivalent to a 20-foot container. Then there is a stereotyped production procedure in the container reproduction process.There is a cookie-cutter production procedure in the container duplication process. Flexitanks need to be shaped manually during the production process, and careful observation is required during the fiberization process. 　　

1. Thermal stability stage

The internal stress is hidden in the process of liquid bag fiber formation. Because the arrangement of macromolecules has not yet reached a stable state, the molecular thermal vibration intensifies the bending when heated, causing the fiber to shrink and the size to become smaller. The stress is constant and uneven during the spinning process. Intensified the tendency of heat shrinkage and uneven shrinkage, making the fabric wrinkled and difficult to remove.  　　

2. Relaxation stage 　　

When heated to above Tg, the intermolecular force between the interactions decreases, the internal rotation of macromolecules increases, the flexibility and orientation degree increase, and the internal stress decreases. 　　

3. Reformation stage 　　

As the thermal vibration of the macromolecular chain increases, the probability of encountering active groups increases, and it is easy to establish new intermolecular forces. If tension is applied, the macromolecules are rearranged in the direction of tension, establishing a new balance. 　　

4. Shaping stage 　　

The fiber of the liquid bag is fixed in a new form by lowering the temperature before removing the external force. 　　

I believe everyone can imagine the role of flexitanks because they are particularly convenient and low in transportation costs. They are widely used. However, flexitas often leak because they are uncontrollable, and damage caused by external forces will cause liquid leakage inside the flexitank. So everyone needs to pay attention when using it.
