Production Process with our advantages :
100% virgin PP material with UV stablized without using recycled raw material.
Drawbench silk at 15tons capacity per day.
Weaving fabric and lifting sraps or loops for pp woven bags and Fibc big bags. The width of Tubuar fabric at Max 240cm and fabric weight per square meter can weave up to 250g. We can provide both standard pp loops also japanese type straps and normally Beige, white, balck, blue, green color are available.
Cutting fabirc by using high performance automatic laser cutting machine which can promise cutting edges Clean and neat without loose silk at accurate sizes.
Sewing fibc bulk bags in our clean house to keep the bags clean enough. We can provide standard bulk bag, baffle bulk bags, anti-statistic bulk bags and also food grade bulk bags. And IBC tanks also available.
Inspection with electrostatic dust removal equipment to make sure there's no extra thread or things left in the bags. Our inspection department doing the inspection for every bag to make sure all bags with be qualified before delivery from our factory.
Packaging and Delivery: After inspection, the FIBC bulk bags will be packed in bales or on pallets according to client's requirement. Normally it packed in 10pcs per bale or 20pcs per bale. And 150pcs -220pcs per palle.
According to the bag's weight and with printing or not. If bags with printing, the packing weight per pallet will be around 360-370kgs for 40 feet high container. And if bags without printing, the packing weight per pallet will be around 400-410kgs.
